Really close to Skelmersdale, Wigan, Ormskirk, you can either come off at junction 4 of the M58 and then follow the roundabout round to the recent business park and then pursue the road all the way down till your adjacent to the motorway going past scant farm houses/caravan park or if your coming from skem then follow the A5068 till you get to junction 4 of the M58 and follow previous directions. You can also reach off the M58 at junction 3 or come down the rainford bypass and then trail B5312 (Skelmersdale Road) for about half a mile or so and then you turn right and follow the road over the bridge and then just pull up.

A 21-year-old man was hospitalized with a 3 days history of perianal pain and discomfort. The patient had a history of repeated gay anal intercourse within the last 3 months. Physical examination showed no clear abnormality. The C-reactive protein of the laboratory test fallout was 77.66 mg/L.
