Chuck Bass (Ed Westwick) is a relatively minor traits in the novels by Cecily von Ziegesar and one of the main characters of the show Gossip Girl .

In the novels, Chuck is disliked my many of the characters, but tolerated because of his family's wealth and status. He is famous for his grave voice, flamboyant fashion, and many flings with both men and women.

The show turned him into a main character who started out as a villain, but soon became an antihero. He maintains his flamboyant style and has many sexual encounters in the show, but they are more focused on women. He does seduce and kiss a dude as part of a sex game that he plays with his girlfriend Blair (Leighton Meester). When Blair asks how he feels about kissing a man, Chuck responds, "Do you ponder I’ve never kissed a guy before?".

HBO has announced a relaunch of the popular CW exhibit. The release hang out has been postponed due to Covid-19, but we expect to see a more openly bi Chuck Bass sometime in 2021.
