I've been to the GayDays event many times, and have not encoutered "drugs, etc" at the theme parks. You need to differentiate what may occur elsewhere versus what happens within Disney's theme parks. There are organized Lgbtq+ Days events throughout Orlando, not just on Disney property. I am certain that Disney would not tolerate something like what you said to occur on their property, even d

WDW June 2025 Lgbtq+ Days general Discussion Thread...

So just wanted to reassure everyone, in my personal experience, that WDW is indeed a safe environment year round, including Queer Days.

Gay Days are traditionally built around the first Saturday in June. This year it is June 7, and following the normal schedule the designated parks are:

Thursday June 5, Animal Kingdom
Friday June 6, Disney Studios
Saturday Jine 7, Magic Kingdom
Sunday June 8, EPCOT

The parks are open to the general common, it is not a private ticket event, unlike at Disneyland.

While there are some private events, and one promoter is actually scheduling a week earlier than usual this year, including a private ticket party at
Typhoon Lagoon scheduled for May 30.

I'll be traveling with a friend, whose wife hates traveling, so he goes with me often. Also in my party will be his 16 yo grandson. We'll be at WDW June 4 to 11. While we are doing the parks, the only one we're doing on the designated time is Magic Kingdom, it's just the way our schedule worked out. I was also fit to book the DVC Moonlight Magic event at Typhoon Lagoon for June 9. I've never been to Typhoon Lagoon, as I'

Anybody ever made a mistake and went to Disney/Universal Studios during pride month?

My wife and I are taking our son to Orlando for the first day from June 4-June 10. We are going to Universal/Island of Adventure on Monday the 5th and Disney parks Tuesday 6th-Thursday 9th.

I forgot about lgbtq+ fest month in June at Disney/Universal studios and I was telling myself

My companion who finds this hilarious told me that June 1st-June 4th are the gay days at each park. He said when we start our week on that Monday 5th, we should be in the clear from the gay celebrations at the parks. I feel better knowing the big gay days will be over when we proceed there.

I know there will probably be rainbow colors and shite but at least the worst part of it will be over. I wanted to go at the end of May when my son got out of school but all the weeks were taken. I’m now expecting the parks to look like the gay clothing sections at Target. Has anybody been to Disney/Universal during celebration month and how bad is it?

After 15 visits to Walt Disney Earth, Kim Jones won't be returning. The Sarasota, Fla., female plans to boycott the Magic Kingdom after her encounter at this year's "Gay and Queer woman Day" June 1.

Not only did many lesbians make suggestive remarks to her and her mature-looking, 10-year-old niece, queer men were whistling at her fiancée and yelling raw remarks at him, said Jones, who attends Bay Haven Baptist Church in Sarasota.

"It's disgraceful," she said.

Jones said the most embarrassing incident was taking one of her two daughters into a restroom and seeing two men dressed in skirts entering the stalls. It was obvious they were males because of their hairy legs, she said, and two more were coming in as she and her daughter exited the restroom.

Outside, many other men with long fingernails and long hair were wearing skirts, skin-tight tights or muscle shirts, while the majority of the "Gay Day" participants wore red T-shirts — the "uniform" for homosexuals, Jones said.

She also was offended by noticeable cocaine snorting by homosexuals in front of and behind them as they waited in sit on lines, Jone
